To experience a gentle and enjoyable cleansing, shake to  blend your smoothie.  Then  apply a small amount to hands, a wash cloth or a loofah. Gently massage all over your body. Rinse completely once entire body is lathered. A wash cloth or loofah is  highly recommend to exfoliate and cleanse at the same time.
